Top 10 EOR Providers for Hiring in Chile (2027)
Chile's structural test is the employer pension contribution: 1% from August 2025, 3.5% from August 2026 pay, 8.5% in 2033. A quote on the 2025 table is wrong by 2.5 points. The second test is the entity: which RUT signs the contract, and can it produce a clean F30 from the Dirección del Trabajo. I read each record for Chile. Rivermate lists it and absorbed Serviap's LATAM entities in April 2026; the rest claim it by country count.
How I scored this list
Five things weighted unequally.
Chilean entity and F30 standing, 30%
Whether the record names Chile and an owned entity, and whether the provider will put the RUT of the employing entity in writing. The F30 certificate from the Dirección del Trabajo is the document that shows contributions and fines; a provider that cannot produce one scores at the bottom.
Pension reform handling, 25%
The employer contribution under Ley 21.735 changes every August until 2033. A quote that states the rate it uses (3.5% for August 2026 to July 2027) and treats the SIS as absorbed scores full marks; a quote with one undated employer percentage does not.
Dismissal and finiquito process, 20%
Grounds under articles 159 to 161, severance at 30 days per year capped at 11 years and 90 UF, notice or pay in lieu, and a finiquito before a notary or the Inspección del Trabajo. Who pays the 30% surcharge after a lost case must be in the contract.
LATAM scale and Spanish-language support, 15%
Years in Latin America, Spanish-speaking account management, and whether the provider also covers Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Mexico for a regional team.
Pricing transparency, 10%
A published per-employee price for Chile, named setup and termination fees, and a stated FX margin on CLP disbursement.
The three I'd flag before you scroll.
Spotlight #1
Rivermate leads as the Amsterdam group that absorbed Serviap Global's Latin American entities on 28 April 2026; its record claims 38 owned entities and lists Chile by name. EOR is priced per country from $319 to $639 a month with no setup or offboarding fee, and G2 rates it 4.5 on 360+ reviews. Which of the 38 entities holds the Chilean RUT is not in the record; ask for it first.
Spotlight #2
Deel ranks second on breadth: 150+ countries, owned entities in 100+ markets, EOR from $599 a month with setup fees from $0 to $1,000 by country and volume discounts up to 20% from ten hires. The record does not name Chile or the Chilean entity. Ask for the RUT, a recent F30 and a gross-to-net at the 3.5% employer pension rate before signing.
Spotlight #3
Serviap Global stays on the list as the Chilean-rooted brand: Mexico City, founded 2010, Chile named among its primary markets, bilingual support, and a published $399 a month that is now historical. Since 28 April 2026 it is part of Rivermate and existing contracts continue there, so a new Chilean hire is signed with a Rivermate entity under the Serviap team's processes.
Rivermate
Rivermate. Chile listed by name, Serviap's LATAM entities absorbed on 28 April 2026, EOR per country from $319 to $639 a month, €0 setup and offboarding. The record does not name the entity holding the Chilean RUT. Best for buyers who want a LATAM team and a price up front.
Deel
Deel. 150+ countries, owned entities in 100+ markets, EOR from $599 a month, the widest integration set in the list. The record does not name Chile; ask for the RUT and a current F30. Best for buyers adding Chile to a multi-country programme on one platform.
Serviap Global
Serviap Global. LATAM EOR since 2010, Chile a primary market, Spanish support, $399 a month on a now historical price list. Part of Rivermate since 28 April 2026; contracts continue there. Best for buyers who want the Serviap team's Chilean experience on a Rivermate contract.
Alcor
Alcor. Owned entity in Chile per the record, one of eight engineering hubs, pricing as a percentage of monthly turnover with no exit or buy-out fees. Tech roles only; it refuses sales or finance hires. Best for product companies building an engineering team in Santiago.
Remote
Remote. 100% owned entities in 90+ countries, $599 a month on annual billing or $699 monthly, $0 setup and termination, G2 #1 for compliance. Chile is not named in the record and LATAM depth is listed as a limit; ask. Best for buyers where IP assignment matters more than price.
Multiplier
Multiplier. 150+ owned entities, flat $459 a month on annual billing or $499 monthly, $0 setup, ESOP administration included, payroll in 100+ currencies. Chile is not named in the record. Best for mid-market teams that want a published price and equity handling in CLP.
G-P (Globalization Partners)
Globalization Partners. EOR since 2012, direct entities in 180+ countries, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II and ISO, from $599 a month with setup fees undisclosed. Chile is not named. Best for regulated enterprise buyers who will pay for the longest compliance record.
Ontop
Ontop. Miami platform built for Latin America: $29 a month per contractor, EOR quoted around $499 a month, USD wallet for the worker. Entity model not in the record; 2024 reviews cite payment delays, ask about SLAs. Best for US teams converting Chilean contractors to employees.
Oyster
Oyster. B Corp EOR in 180+ countries, $699 a month, $0 setup with a refundable deposit in some markets, ESOP administration. Chile is not named in the record and support stops outside US and EU hours. Best for remote-first companies that weigh employee experience over price.
Rippling
Rippling. EOR through own entities in about 80 countries, HR, IT and finance in one system with device shipping. Custom quote, roughly $499 to $599, plus a setup fee of 5 to 15% of the contract. Chile not named. Best for companies already on Rippling for US payroll.

Every provider on this list can post its badge. Free, no form: copy the code and paste it on your site. The link back to this list is the only condition, and the badge follows the ranking when it is refreshed.
The badge links to the ranking it refers to, is not altered, and comes down if the provider leaves the list.
How to verify a Chilean EOR before signing.
Five tests before signing with an EOR in Chile.
Step 1
Ask for the legal name and RUT of the entity that will sign the employment contract. Look it up on sii.cl (situación tributaria: the RUT must show an active "inicio de actividades") and on registrodeempresasysociedades.cl. A foreign entity, a RUT that belongs to a law firm, or "our local partner handles that" is a bad answer.
Step 2
Ask for a certificado de antecedentes laborales y previsionales (form F30) from the Dirección del Trabajo, dated this month. It lists unpaid contributions and unpaid fines against that RUT. A provider that cannot produce one for the employing entity has not run payroll on it.
Step 3
Confirm the monthly chain: contracts registered electronically with the Dirección del Trabajo, contributions paid through Previred, affiliation with an AFC, and the mutual affiliation certificate (ACHS, Mutual de Seguridad or IST) with the risk surcharge that applies to your activity.
Step 4
Get a gross-to-net for one employee at your target salary with every line named: AFP 10% plus commission, health 7%, worker AFC 0.6%, the impuesto único withheld, then the employer side at the rate for the pay period (3.5% from August 2026 under Ley 21.735, with the SIS absorbed), AFC 2.4% or 3% by contract type, the mutual at 0.93% plus surcharge, the UF ceiling, the EOR fee and the FX margin on CLP.
Step 5
Walk through an exit. The provider should name the ground (article 159, 160 or 161), compute 30 days of severance per year capped at 11 years and 90 UF a month, and sign the finiquito before a notary or the Inspección del Trabajo. Ask who pays the 30% surcharge if a court finds the ground unjustified, and for an expat, who files the temporary residence visa with the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones.
How to Choose the Right EOR Provider
When evaluating EOR providers, consider these critical factors: compliance track record (zero violations is non-negotiable), transparent pricing (watch for setup fees, termination costs, and currency conversion markups), country coverage in your target markets, customer support quality (24/7 availability and response times matter), and platform usability for both HR teams and employees.
Also assess local expertise (do they have in-country specialists?), benefits administration capabilities, payroll accuracy (late payments damage employee relationships), contract flexibility (minimum commitments and exit terms), and technology integrations with your existing HR tech stack.
Don't overlook scalability (can they grow with you from 5 to 500+ employees?), data security (GDPR compliance and SOC 2 certification), and customer reviews from companies similar to yours. The cheapest option often becomes expensive when compliance issues arise or service quality suffers.
