How the matchmaking works

Three questions, two minutes. The shortlist is built from the same audit that scores every review on Compareor: 174 providers rated on compliance and coverage, platform and features, pricing and transparency. We keep the providers that run their own entity or a vetted partner in each of your countries, then rank them on the Compareor Score and on how well they fit your headcount and your priorities. Nobody pays to be on the list, and the matchmaking never reads our partner agreements.

The shortlist is yours to keep. If you want more, we send the full comparison and real quotes from the providers you pick, and we stay in the loop until the contract is signed. Companies that go through us pay the same price as walking in directly; some providers pay Compareor a referral fee, which never changes the ranking.
